Jing xu dds8/31/2023 I am beyond HAPPY that I found a professional dentist like her she is beyond PATIENT with me and all her patients, she listens and works at your pace (I am the biggest baby so she usually has to stop often so I can get my self together) I have had regular and deep cleaning done, my root canal and my most recent this week my wisdom extraction. Her office is nice and clean Jenny (her assistant) is super nice very friendly and pleasant. Xu since 2011, I worked in the building she is located back then so at first It was a convenience thing and secondly the pain I was experiencing lead me go to her sooner than i really wanted (because I hated going to the dentist over all bad experiences in the past with other dentist) but she changed all that for me. Xu, and would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a reliable dentist. I was very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Xu’s technique is much more thorough, and she really takes the time to make sure she got every part of the tooth. I have had my teeth cleaned by several different dentists before, and I must say Dr. Before she started cleaning my teeth, she inspected them to make sure there wasn’t any cavities or other things that need to be addressed. Then she led me to a different room where Dr. I had my X-Rays taken by one of her assistants, which was painless. It didn’t take long after I filled out all the necessary forms to be called in. Her office was very clean and felt homely when I went. I had made a Saturday appointment for teeth cleaning. Since her office was in San Gabriel, and I live in Temple City, it was a pretty easy decision for me to pick her as my dentist. When I got my dental insurance, my mom recommended me to her saying how great she is. She is very unprofessional, will get mad at you if you disagree with her, and will steal your money if you don’t have insurance. I could go on, but I think I made my point. If you look at the bag, you’ll see brown stains and I asked the dentist about that, and she said that was from steaming, which is a lie. ![]() My friend said they are not suppose to do that. She also apparently reuses the blue bag that had the instrument in. When the dentist had dropped a small metal drill piece on the floor, she just wiped it and continued to use it. I have a friend in the dental field, and later when I came back to this place for the 3 rd time to see why they were charging my insurance so much, my friend pointed out all the unethical things the dentist had done. When I later confronted her about this, she just made up some excuse that she didn’t say that. The old dentist didn’t say my niece had cavities and so later when I went to a third dentist, he confirmed that it was just a stain, not a cavity. ![]() Because of the suspicion I had, I said no to having them filled. The dentist herself said that my niece had several cavities, which I found suspicious because we had just switched over to her and we had an appointment a few days ago with my old dentist. Later when my niece got her teeth cleaned, she was scared and started crying, but none of the dental team tried to calm her down. I feel like they were being racist because me and my niece couldn’t speak mandarin. Then later when we went to take x-Rays I asked the dentist assistant a question in English and she didn’t even respond, all she did was speak in mandarin to the other dentist assistant. We didn’t get our insurance cards back until 30 mins later. We handed the denti-cal cards to the front desk and all the front desk did was talk to another dentist assistant. ![]() First she asked us to fill out forms and to let them check the insurances. ![]() My mother and my niece came to get their teeth cleaned and she claimed to be kid friendly.
